I've been renting through Zelri Properties for a few years. Before I moved in, they made all sorts of promises on how they would repair the place. After a struggle with them for repairs, I stayed in the flat for 3 years. I moved out on 2013/10/01 after serving my 30 days notice & the inspection was done on the same. Today is 2013/11/25 & I still have not received my deposit. I keep emailing Nelly requesting feedback to no avail. I want my deposit.
