When i moved in at flat 9 barker street, Elvie did not mention that when you write a defect list you must write all things in the flat, the things i wrote was a light that was not working in the bedroom, shower door was broken which she said it would be fixed, door locks in the kitchen not working properly. Now when i moved out they sent me a long list of wrong things they found: marks on the walls, lights not working, tissue hold broken mind you there was no tissue holder when i moved in, mirror broken which it wasn't there when i moved in, oil stains on walls, spider webs which were all over the flat when i moved in, when i toled the maintenance lady Shallini that Elvie never told me all this things she said she wont know if I'm telling the truth as i do not have proof and Elvie did not mention it and that money will be taken from my deposit of R2625.00 i made when i moved in.
