I moved to kemprentcc managed property on 15 oak street kempton park on 1st of novermber last year.i raised a complaint with the principal regarding the high water account in the bachelor flat that i occupy alone and whose electricity account has never been over r60.he promised to look at it but when i called one of the employees who incidentally facilitated my moving in was so rude and even threatened me with an eviction notice.i spend close to r10, 000 to move in and none of the two employes who were showing me mentioned about the water problem.they give one flat rate devoid of any meter reading and blame ekurhuleni mnunicipality for billing the complex using commercial rates.i believe in solving my problems but since the account is not in my name i cannot face ekurhuleni.there are several unoccupied units in the complex with water connection that could be the source of this woe. tenants the problem should squarely be sorted by the estate agent/or owner of the complex.the other unfair issue is apportioning me the same erroneous division of the high bill yet mine is a bachelor flat.if i could afford a good lawyer i could actually go to court to argue my rights that have been viol
