Bad service and rental deposit totally exploited

When rented a property from Ronda Raard Properties in Rondebosch and all we gor in return was. They lost the reciepts I took them for proof of electrical bill payments and then email me with such attitude about us not paying the account. Our flat was broken into by someone who had keys, while we were gone. I know 100% that we did not give our keys to anyone and that they have spare keys aswel as that their maintance team knew we were not going to be there and they tell me that the owner might not want to pay for the new locks we had to have put in. They then expect me to pay R1850 to have the bathroom re-painted (double coat) with anti-fungal paint (please note the bathroom is the size of a normal houses closet) because there is a tiny bit of black mould on the ceiling. This is in a bathroom where there is only one small window that opens onto a semi enclosed walkway that happens to be falling apart from dampness! 1 week after we moved out the phone asking why we had not paid the rent, turns out they had not updated their records. 2 weeks after we moved out they phoned all of us with such panic because someone had broken into the flat and they did not know what was going on!
