I have aproblem with citiq prperties they have made me wait over 20days just to get my deposit back, and they do not communicate to me until i had to call them then they tell me i did not pay a rental for a month last year, whereas they are the ones who debited incorrect rental they the debit order bounce and they created charges for me, nevertheless i paid it in. now im made to look for Novembers bank statements and bank transfers just to prove that i paid they re rent. on top of that i still do not get feedback or when whill i get my money back. im like on the other side of the world and i know i do not owe them i gave them notice on time they ask for my banking details 12 times already and when i finally call they tell im in arrears i wont get my deposit. theres no order in that place in jusr way cheesed off. theyve cause me great pain in terms of finances. i just want my money then im done.
