Good Morning
I have been renting a flat for a year. I have now moved out. Inspection was done and I have still not received my rental deposit. The agreement was that all was checked and was told that the rental deposit transfer was done on the 02/02/2014. We both bank at the same bank. No notification came thru and it is the 03/02/2014. It feels as if I am receiveing the run around. All I want is my deposit back which was to be put in a interest bearing account and paid over. I need to get on with my "Life" and I depend on that to sort out my current situation. I have always honoured my rental payments for the year by paying before my due dates. Could you please assist.
