I am one of the tenants at the building Carlton View and we have had no electricity in the WHOLE BUILDING for three days now. We cannot get through on the cotnact number listed on the card given to us by Ithemba Property Trust (Pty) Limited - 011-0501263 and all our complaints and queries about why we have no electricity for three whole days are being ignored. My friend in the building has a newborn baby and my other friend has her old mother on oxygen for asthma problems and now we cant give her oxygen and her breathing is suffering. If she has an asthma attack who will be responsible. We want answers and we want them URGENTLY!!! Please please get us answers today and explain why this has happened when we pay our electricity accounts!!! This is not right. Ithemba must explain. When I phone they say 'situation is out of our hands' but every building around us has electricity but not us!!! This is the second time this year it happens and in December we had no water for 7 days!!! What is the problems??? why must we keep paying and this is not fixed? I pay R2100 a month and nothing gets fixed or maintained either, light globes blow after 5 minutes everytime & wiring is faulty!
