We bought a house in Pretoria mountain view from Sonskyn starting in March2013.
It was told the front wall was going to be replaced with a new wall, few months has passed and we got to move in. I was told the builder was behind schedule who erects the precast walling, and we are going to have to wait a bit longer. It got to the point where the registration has gone through in about july2013.
But in the mean time I had to phone the previous owners attorney almost every second day to find out what was going on as his attorney was handling the purchase, I wanted a letter to say the wall will be erected after the registration process, and all I was told is that the owner must send the quote and they will draft a letter. This has never happened!!
When I ask the agent about the stuff that needs to be finished they said I must talk to the previous owner! So why do they get paid for then when I have to do the following up work. The P. owner does not even answer it phone any more after the deal has gone through. I have been sending emails to Sonskyn without a lot of satisfaction and without my new front wall as promised. It seems since everybody got their money they don't care anymore.
