Can you believe it!!!...So I rent a property from them and the agent tells me on the day when I view the flat that electricity is included! to my surprise after a year I start getting bills for electricity... all small amounts but after disputing this start paying the ridiculous amounts after I received an email from them stating that they had some technical glitches on their side and some confusion!
Then today I receive a bill from their accounts department for electricity outstanding for the past 2 years!
Guess what the amount is?...R18 356.83
Now I need to pay that amount!
Making their problems mine!!!
