I cancelled all property management with Tim Stapleton, as he never paid over to me the rental money that my tenants paid into his account for transfer to my account for months October and November 2012. Amounting to a total of R 31 600 for Rental only. To top it all, after taking control of my property myself, on billing statements from Johannesburg water, there was an outstanding amount of just R 8450 for water. Eskom was outstanding a little over R 520. My tenants forwarded me all the invoices that they had paid to date with proof of transfers of what they paid Tim Stapleton, and as per invoices my tenants paid the correct amounts for Rental, Electricity and water. Tim and Janine Jelliman never settled the monthly utility bills on my behalf that the tenants did pay for. So I have had to settle JHB water and Eskom in excess of R 8970 to show zero balances. There was also an outstanding amount owed to a sub contractor of R 7200 for fixing my pool that Tim did not settle either. Tim stapleton is in debt to the amount of R 47, 770 - 00 to me. Does not answer my e-mails and cell calls. TIM... I WILL catch up to you very SOON. You have been warned!!! This is now personal!!!
