The modus operandi is to list a property and have you sign the lease and pay, after that all sorts of excuses come. You ask for your refund, you get a list of excuses, no money. This guy is a artist masquerading as an estate agent. Remember the name, Brett Eastwood, Brighthouse Estate Agency, don't fall victim to his. Pity for him he chose the wrong to, because he still insists on keeping my money, HE IS GOING TO BE VERY VERY SORRY!!!
