It was this time last year that my husband and I were in the process of buying our first home. Barbara at Glen Garry was the agent: We were promised occupation as 1st Feb 2013, we did not renew our contract with our current rental agents. WE WERE LEFT HOMELESS. The tenants refused to move out, they did their best to avoid our registration of what should have now been our property, by not allowing technicians in to evaluate it. Barbara threw her hands in the air stating there was NOTHING she could do to help. She thereafter avoided my calls, her manager too was pretty useless. We HAD to cancel this deal because NO-ONE was helping us! We were then held accountable for cancellation fees by the seller's attorneys. NOTHING was done. Barbara was not held accountable for anything. Funny enough I recently saw her strolling on the Lagoona Beach, carefree. How do people like this LIVE WITH THEMSELVES? Something MUST BE DONE, DARN IT! I am left paying a loan I made for registration & transfer fees for what I do not have. This has left me scarred. SHAME ON YOU REMAX!!!
