I cancelled my contract in November since it was ending in December. I paid my dues for December in time in December. The whole of January lapsed while i was waiting for City Property to pay me my deposit back but with no luck. I went in in February only to find out that they want my municipality statement proving i paid my account (which i did). Even after I took my statement in i still did not get my deposit back.
