After poor service from Just Letting Klerksdorp have cancelled all contracts with them.
Over R17, 000.00 have not been paid over to me. Upon confronting them, they simply took the stance that the tenant that they have placed did not pay, it is not their responsibility.
It has been four months, and no effort whatsoever has been made to contact me.
They could not care less about the landlord. In one instance they have even referred to me as "... who are you?.." when I called them.
They give the industry a bad name.
