Vacated premises on the 1st Feb 2012. Deposit was not refunded as per agreement. All subsequent calls have been avoided, barring one, where my Bank details were requested.
To date (2weeks later), I have not had the courtesy of a returned call nor my deposit refunded.
One of their excuses was they were awaiting my last electricity account, when I provided evidence that I had paid my account monthly and that barring a day or two could be outstanding, they have gone silent.
