I contracted Rental Rage Relief in July 2012 after finding their details on News24 - Property to assist me in lodging a complaint at the Rental Housing Tribunal. Nic Campher is the owner and after discussion I made the initial payment and as yet to date have not received a case number to say that my claim has been lodged. Initially Nic followed up almost daily with the tribunal in the Western Cape but because I stay in Jhb, the Gauteng Tribunal had to be contacted. I have however had to keep following up with Nic to find out what is happening with my claim and just now I tried to talk to him via GMail Talk and all of a sudden he logged off. I find this unacceptable as I am the customer and have paid for the initial service and have received none. Why must I keep running after him to find out the status of my claim? Can I have my money back and I will do the hard work myself!!!
