In early June I went to Mimi's Real Estate to sign a lease and paid the sum of R1200.00 so they could remove it from the listing on the basis I would pay the balance of the deposit before moving in to the place I rented. Subsequently the owner decided to stop using the services of Mimi's Real Estate and we signed the lease privately.
I had been speaking to one of her employee's about getting my money back as I have paid for a service I never got. She has continually fobbed me off and I eventually left messages for Mimi to contact me, to date she has not done so. I have sent her email for which I received a read receipt but have had no response.
It appears that they have no intention of refunding my money which is totally unacceptable and amounts to day light.
Quite frankly their attitude stinks and there service is totally unprofessional.
