I am disgusted at how this agency conducts itself, our problems with them started from day 1. Upon the beginning of our lease period we were told to deposit a little over 13 000, the very next day when we wanted our keys to the house we were refused since we never paid a further 900 deposit for electricity which we were never made aware of, that found us scrambling about trying to make that deposit. After that drama he had numerous problems with no one getting back to us, no one replying to urgent requests. Our lease started in Feb, in August we were to, d not to forget to by sanitation and waste removal for property which is in a security estate, again nobody had informed us to do so, so that put us in a back log of payments as we had to catch up on payments from Feb to August, we were simply told when I complained about this was sorry, u should have known. After numerous fights we thankfully came to the end of our lease and now in a battle to get our deposit back as they are dragging g their feet, it's been 13 days since we left a d the fight continues.
