Bad Customer Service

I was a tenant at Greatermans for the past 3yrs. I did the normal paid my deposit and moved in. On the 31st Jan i moved out and did the necessary inspection with the caretaker and he told me an amount of R350 for damages and electricity will be debited and i was ok. He also informed me that I will receive my deposit within 7 working days and this period has lapsed and still no refund. I phoned Afhco to find out whats the delay and i was told they need a bank stmt from me. Clearly had i not phoned no one was gonna inform me of this. Today i took a half day off work to go submit the stmt and when i get there im told about a marriage certificate. When i moved into the flat they issued me with cards written Moganetsi clearly they have all my details. When they took me in they did not dilly dally and ask if i was married or not. Im tired of the service at this company and neva will i refer anyone to them..
