People be very careful of this company and the owners and decision makers at Afhco propertyt management, here is the story in a nut shell (full story on the attachment), my sister and I rented a bachelor flat for (R2050pm) with afhco property management on in June 2012, we stayed there for 6months in total and we ended up moving out because of the poor conditions and no service delivery, we'd spend the whole week or more without a lift and water (see attached picture of water bottles we used) while we stayed at 9th floor then the customer service advised because we moving because of their lack of service deliver they will give us our full deposit subject to the inspection that shows that everything is still in order, we moved out on the 31st Nov 2012 and were supposed to get our deposit in 7-14 days, we waited till 18th Jan 2013 whereby we were told we owe afhco R2299, 37 for painting the cardboard divider walls which is R1200 per wall (please see attached) which adds up to R3600 (3sides), they never painted when we moved in and now we must pay? while Lucy Mashinini advised us she was waiting for Koos van der Schyff to reverse those charges.
