I signed a contract with Afhco a year and few months ago at the 31st of August 2012. The contract stated that should I move out after a year I will get my deposit back R4000 and I will need to give them a months notice, all that was I relocated on the 30th of November 2013! I have not received my deposit ever since, they don't call to give feedback, not once! I called their offices 0112242470 to follow up they tell me they will process my request in january 2014 as they are on leave, this is 20 days later! I am not impressed with the treatment I get from them ever since I moved out I am not sure that I will be getting my deposit back as promised. And to top it all for some reason my deposit will decrease as to why hahaha who would tell me!
