Between 01/01/2012 and 20/12/2012 I leased a property from Harcourt Mthatha previously known as Mthatha Property Shop. I paid a ten thousand rand deposit. When I moved out in December 2012 Nella came out to inspect the house she found three 10mm spots from prestik in the one room and a bit of mould in the shower. She told me I could do the repairs or they could get their maintenance guys to do it and they would give me a invoice from the maintenance guys so I agreed. They gave me eight thousand Rand Back and said the balance they would keep and pay for the repairs and then refund me the balance. I contacted Nella at the end of January to find out what was going on with the balance of my deposit and the invoice for the repairs as there were people living in the house, she told me they did not yet receive the invoice or quote and I had to wait and she would contact me when she receives it. I still left 2 security gates on the house as she told me I would have to repair the frames if I removed them so I said rather leave them and take the loss.
