I received my lease agreement 1 and a half months late. I could not get hold of the company for two weeks, I had to arrange my own carpet cleaning after the tenants left, I had to paint the house and do other repairs. This was all because they were not available for the 1st two weeks in Jan.
I then got my first invoice which only had an account number and nothing else, which was different to the account i put my deposit in but i was told to pay into the same account i put my deposit in. You can only imagine my confusion.
After phoning and begging for a correct invoice 3 times. I got told by Teshnie that my frustration wasn't warranted and proceeded to put the phone down.
It is absolutely shocking how this company works.
