BAD BAD Service Open Doors 72 Hours Still nothing!

We renting a property thru Seef properties. On sunday 12 May 2013 18:30 they broke in and a lot of items. They lifted the electric gate off the track broke the security door, solid wooden door to gain access. The door in the passage was bend and broken. We immediately contacted Sandy from Seef. She made mention that she will make a plan because no doors can lock nothing happened. Next morning the home owner came to damages and said he will sort it out with Sandy. After we had to phone Sandy several times the message was that she will send her guys to come fix the property.as no doors could lock.12:00 13 May Her guys arrived gave a quote for all the repairs. After we had to phone the owner and Sandy and the maintenance guys every day because we had to sleep with open doors in South Africa after they robbed us. Maintenance guys and Sandy made promises that all will be done 13 May.14 May the maintenance guys put a temp lock on the one security door at 17:27 and left a security guard as we are not sleeping due to the open doors. The maintenance guys will be back on the 15 May to repairall. In the mean time we cant work due to the open doors and leaving house unattended. Bad service.
