I moved out of a rented property at which I lived for the last seven years. I have added huge amounts of value to this house by having a bamboo carport fitted at my cost, sorting out the garden and also painting two bedrooms and a living room at my own cost.
I moved out of this proterty end of last month and I received a letter stating that I will get my deposit back within seven days provided there are no problems with the property. Not hearing from them at all I followed up to find out when my deposit will then be refunded. Now aparently there are a few maintenance problems which they expect me to pay for. I went to see the new stenant thinking that maybe he is putting pressure on them, but he had no complaints or demands from his side. Most of the little things they hold bme resonsible, he has sorted out already because it is "maintenance".
They are easy to take your money every month but when they need to refund you, they have all these issues. Be very careful dealing with this company!!
