Rude Supplier after queries about account

I am leasing a flat from Alec Massel Golden Oaks nr 12. My deposit and December 2012 rent was paid. January rent was paid 9 January 2013. February rent was paid the 30 January 2013. The 7th at 17h30 my son phoned me and told me his pre- paid electricity was cut off because of the account "not being paid". The 8th I phoned and they told me that my rent has not being paid for February and that is why. When I asked why the electricity was not cut off in January, the lady (Lindi Mngomezulu) told me that she received the payment the 5th??? She then put the phone down in my ear. I phoned the manager Chris- he said he would phone me back- I never heard from him. Eventually I got through to accounts- Ronel- who told me that the account to which I had to pay the rent, changed (I never got the notice). She said it was not her responsibility to see whether the clients received the change of adress? The 8th at about 12h00 the electricity was switched back on. My son had a deepfreeze full of meat that is lost now. Lindi gave the order for the electricity to be switched off to JJ- the caretaker. I got no warning or notice about the cut off.
