During the process of a new rental I was promised certain changes by the Estate Agents. After paying the full deposit and rent those changes now have to be paid by me. This is extremely unfair. I also had communication issues where I was asked to hand the keys back after full payment because the landlady was not informed that the keys was handed over to me. This was on the day I had to move out of my current place. I don’t feel this is fair treatment.
