I have come for help and assistance from Hello Peter.
I, Mark Anthony Naidoo, who reside at 486 Midriver Estate, Terenure, Extension 8, Kempton Park.
In July 2012 last year I had some financial problems, which I had brought to my Agents attention in writing. I said to them that I would pay the Rental for July 2012 at the end of July 2012 and I had made a payment on the 26/07/2012. When I had made the payment, they had sent a locksmith to the said premises and had the locks changed, without notifying me, to my amazement, when I got home, I had found the place locked and no access to the premised. A few days later, I had paid the August 2012 rental and still did not get the keys from the RYX Agents, this had resulted in me being inconvenienced due the place being locked. I had to seek temporary accommodation. When it came to the end of August 2012. I had paid the September 2012 rental even though I was locked out of the premises. On the 13 October 2012, I met the Agent at Greenstone Shopping mall to collect the keys and sign a new lease agreement.
I had sent numerous emails without any feedback to how I was going to be compensated. The Agents either ignored my emails.
