I have been calling the call centre from the 28th November 2013 and waited about 30minutes to an hour and a half each time and have still not spoken to anyone. We have had a Power outage in the Pennyville/New canada area for the past two days and there has not been anyone out to tend to the problem. The website show that the booysens branch is open today from 7am-13:00pm but the security advised they are not open and the gate was closed. I then called the contact number in a desperate attempt to speak to someone but my calls were just bounced back into the queue and I held on to my cellphone for an hour. I have a 9month old baby at home and cant do anything without electricity, my food is spoilt in the fridge and to top it off the people in my building who tamper with their meters have electricity. I'm very upset as you guys dont mind increasing electricity prices but fail to deliver service. Thanks for a whole lot of Nothing!!! Who will re-imburse me for my food, airtime and all the inconvenience of not having electricity. Certainly not you guys as you cant even render a proper service and restore electricity that I pay for.
