I'm very sorry to watch our government is delivering its mid-class population to the devourer like Protea Metering instead of protecting them.
We don't understand why Protea Metering must manage a governmental product while the income standard of the mid-class is low. Electricity and water are in the community service not for individuals to make money out of struggling people.
