I found a place to stay through Bregan Properties, I paid deposit, admin fee and rental, after all that i looked forward to moving to a new home with my family, apon arrival to the house to receive keys from the Agent i found out that the house did not have electricity and what made the situation worse the Agent didi not know where or how to find the meter number to purchase electricity. We spend the weekend in the dark without anyone from the Bregan property doing follow up. On Monday when we phoned the Agent her words was "its not our responsibility" to get you electricity, we then went to city of Tshwane where they gave us the metere number that didnt work. Later on that day we contacted Chris Barnard, Olivia's supevisor who also told us that it was not his responsibility... my question is how do you rent out the property that does not function well and not even bother to help out.
