Mislead

I was mislead into believing that the declaration form signed by the seller would protect me. I was also told countless times by the Tim how wonderfully well kept the house is and how vigalent the seller was at declaring any small defect. On transfer, I discovered that the roof leaks severely, the pool is cracked and the pool pump does not work. I won't make the mistake of trusting an estate agent ever again.
