I bought a house and as required the bank need a COC. The COC was given by the seller son, in this case is an electrician. I was not happy with the COC and start asking questions. I confronted the agent who sold the house and he sends his electrician to inspect the installation. He gives a full list of noncompliance. The seller then replied that she will send her electrician to the house to disconnect all that does not comply. Ok to get back to the COC. I will have to switch of all the circuit breakers in the DB board to cut of the electricity in my house to mention only one big concern. No main circuit breaker in the house to switch the electricity of in my house.
