I have had the displeasure of dealing with DIC Homes. They did not carry out an inspection when we moved into our flat but insisted on a detailed inspection when we moved out, the retained our entire deposit and provided me with a ridiculous quote from a contractor, the amounts charged on that quote were obscene to say the least. They increased the rent without informing me and then invoiced me once the lease was terminated. They do not have the courtesy of returning calls as they do not have the ability to provide educated honest answers. They run an unethical business that consists of rude, ill mannered people who lack telephone etiquette. They threaten you with silly emails that are just down right ridiculous. They are the most frustrating estate agency i have ever come across. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone in fact if you are currently involved with them I suggest you run for the hills!!!
