My leave expired in November 2012, requested for a new lease... i didn't get a new lease and had to pay rent manually the second month. I sent countless emails to get the lease with no joy. I then stopped paying rent to get their attention, then i got a warning that they are going to blacklist me. I then settled the owing amount and put a notice to vacate the flat. I requested for someone to come do the final inspection on the 15th March and no one came back to me. i had to phone again when I'm in gauteng as i had relocated to arrange for someone to go do the final inspection. To my surprise Trafalgar debited my account for rental when i had not even signed a new lease. I had to phone then countless times to get the money refunded. Now i am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded, when i phone i get told they are still waiting for a quotation for cleaning the flat. today is the 17th and i still don't know what the real problem is.

This is really frustrating.
