I have been living in a house that I have rented through Ginena property for three years. I have looked after the house as it was my own. I had to move out and told the landlord who was dealing with Ginena that I need to move. He was upset and never contacted me again after that. I paid R7240 deposit for the house and now they are looking for excuses not to pay me back a cent telling me I still OWE them R4000. This is after I have advise them that the lapa is falling apart and that the blinds are broken and nothing has been done about this. I was also told to stop paying the water account because I am three months ahead then out of the blue I was told sorry made a mistake and you now owe us R3300. They are looking for excuses not to pay back any money! I recommend not to use them at all!!!
