Extremely poor service

The service levels and time wasting is ridiculous.

Appointment 1 - All in order
Appointment 2 - I was waiting outside the property with 2 other people (wife and builder), when I get an sms advising an emergency, hence appointment will not be kept. Never a phone call with an apology - at any point in time
We are not doing you a favour by trying to buy a place from you.
Appointment 3 - She did not pitch, sent somone else, who advised that the property has an offer that will be accepted the next day or something to that affect, so why was my time being wasted???
Still awaiting phone call to confirm that the property offer has been accepted, as I did advise I was keen.

Rachel, in a service orientated environment, this is extremely not acceptable. I will encourage people to never use the services of Century 21.
