Pretor fails to sort out a power outage problem that has persisted for years in Crescendo. We always get the same excuse which is cable. I fail to believe that can always manage to target one place over and over again. We should have generators that belong to the Complex by now, for goodness' sake we are paying and the levies that they charge us are way to high.
