I have been staying at Crescendo from August 2012 and each and every month there has to be at least 2 electricity blackouts minimum. The problem is always said to be due to cable in the area although, ironically it's only our complex that gets blackouts. I've never heard any correspondence from the developer or the body corporate if it does exist and usually my only point of contact is the security guards.
Lately, the electricity blackout have gotten worse and usually last for a minimum of 2 days in a row. Crescendo is a relatively new development, I was planning to but there but now I wouldn't even recommend it to anybody to buy due to the ongoing electricity blackouts and find myself with no choice but to seek alternative accommodation. It seems like a culture that doesn't seem like it will get solved.
What is really the problem with the blackouts that we regularly experience monthly, and at times weeks on a row on the same days?
