Tonight we went to Spur in Clearwater Mall to celebrate my husbands birthday. We ordered our starters and as it came to our table the power went done. We ate our starters in the dark. There was no generator - no candles on the tables - after a few minutes the power went back on - for about 10 min before going off again. The rest of the mall had power as there were generators - but Spur stayed without power. Our waiter came and apologised we requested a candle but never got one. We sat in the dark for almost 45 min and then decided to leave. I understand the the area had a power outage but surely Spur could make a plan as all the other restaurants had power - as they had generators going. While sitting and wating for somthing to happen nobody even botherd to come and inform us what was happening. Needles to say our night out turn into a nightmare - as we had to find a pleace where we could get take ways.
