I have been exposed to completely unprofessional behaviour by chas everitt.
I contacted Rolene at 1:25pm today and she indicated that she was busy with a client and I should call back in half an hour. When I called back she was very rude and said she is still busy can I not hear the noise in the background, I indicated that I only need a moment of her time and she disregarded my request very rudely and said I must call back at around 3:45 - 4pm. I requested if she could call me back when she is available she very condescendingly responded that no I must call her back.
The issue which was not even discussed with said person is as follows:
oAn amount of R1375 was utilised from my deposit to pay for cleaning without my consent.
oThe rental does not indicate cleaning of linen as an agreed use for the deposit which is funds held in trust and therefore illegal use of such funds.
oThe deposit was only paid after we followed up: oThe invoice detailing the deposit and the unauthorised use of my funds was only sent through two days after I queried the amount.
oFurther I refuse topay any cleaning cost as: the place was dirty to start, Thick layers of dust, residue of faeces in the toilets, etc
