In Brisk Place flats of City property in JHB kids are only allowed to play in a braai space because there is not playing space provided for the kids (as instructed by the management of the building). We had to do petition even for that to happend as we were told our kids should play in our bachelor flats. Most of the residents are parents of toddlers. We humbled accepted they rule nd compiled. As parents of toddlers we acompany our kids when they go to these area. We were informed that the area will be opened at all times which was not the case for about 3weeks eventually Doctor Mkhabela (building manager) opened the space for the kids. We are now told scooters nd are not allowed on the area simple because doctor says so. We asked him if boys are not allowed to play scooters what other toys should they play? "I don't know and I don't care am telling you I don't want scooters or in the playing area or I will throw them aways" he responded with attitude from. As the residents of these building there is nothing we can do, all we good for is only to pay expensive rent. We complaint about his rude attitude to the head office in JHB and nothing was done.
