I took a 6months lease with ilook letting in July 2013, unit 230 Prince George Park. I stated on my contract that I will be vacating the building on the 31st December 2013..Now after I have moved out and requested my deposit I am being told that I was supposed to provide 2months notice! I specifically told the agent that I will only be staying for 6months and thus the flat was not painted when I moved in. He advised that it is useless to paint as I will be staying only for a short time. I have send the numerous e-mail with regards to the matter and have not received any feedback from them.
