My complaint is regarding National Letting's refusal to pay back my deposit. After making numerous calls and not being attended, I was told I will not be able to get my deposit. Prior to renewing and signing my lease I asked my letting agent what will happen in an event where I will be forced to cancel my lease due to unforseen circumstances and he told me all I needed was to put in a months notice. I have moved and they found new tenants but still refuse to pay back the deposit or come back to me.
