I have been replacing the new interlocking hoses constantly the past year. I must have replaced them at least 15 times till date. I understand these hoses are exchanged at no cost but it is still my time, transport expense and unnecessary pool maintenance.
I left my contact details on the Zodiac website and was contacted by the rudest person ever. She explained that there is a problem with the manufacturing and I must keep on replacing the hoses. How can this be acceptable?
