The owner is renting the Flats and there is NO safety, he is buildings there and the tenants must sleep with open flats every night the water and lights is soooo high something fishy There can someone pls send a inspector to that flats to investigate I'm sure they will find something fishy there, the people there really need help they can't live like that there has being 4 breakings in there the next time someone will get hurt please send someone there for that Owner he is tthe people
