Not doing what they should and over charging

I gave the agents enough time to find a new tenant, now I have to pay an extra months rent just because they didn't't do their work.

After they charge you double deposit?

I explain my story to them and they assured me they will find someone and now the agency is closing for the holidays and suddenly I need to find a tenant?

Isn't that why the owner of this property pay Debbie Dewing to find tenets and to advertise this property? And to keep the Owner up to date with problems and to let him know when something need to be fixed in the flat?

I really won't be surprised If the owner, doesn't know about anything.

This is unprofessional and I really don't appreciate the attitude I got from these agents.

I also see this will be the 2nd complaint on Hallo Peter about Frans Kruger, need I say more.

Would like a response from them.
