This woman is very rude and unhelpfull. When i contacted her regarding a place that she had up for to buy for R1, 500, 000, To rent it she said its not a rental, So then she said that the owner has banks that he must pay and i dunno what else still so then i said but what does that have to with renting the place out to or any1 else for that matter for 18months. Instead of being helpful to a perason who is urgently looking for another place to rent, And helping that person, Get out of the place they are currently in, I thought that is why an Estate Agent is there for to help u look for a place. If you can't find 1 well of course this one isn't. And i think thats why she isn't getting any places, People do know that other people earn to little thats why they can only pay R4, 200per month & not the R10, 000per month that that person real wanted you can look just good after the prop as the rich person, & thats the reason people can't get houses because the people ask to much for it, & everybody know that prices of stuff go up daliy. But property places and agents needs to start being able to rent and sell houses not just to the rich but to the poor aswell. And they wonder why the house isn't sold.
