Agree - the customer is the underdog with this woman!! I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, and this has been the worst and most stressful experience with an agent ever!!! I suspect she treats high-end wealthier property buyers better as making more money off of them. No ingoing or outgoing inspection of the rental property was done. The property was dirty when I moved in, I had to clean it. Calls are not returned, or emails responded to. She deals via sms which is extremely unprofessional. Just after moving in, she sent me an sms telling me new tenants would be moving in 4 months later and I would need to find other accommodation asap. I had a lease for 5 months. I notified her the day I was vacating and she didn't come to do an outgoing inspection. She then helped herself to over R500 of my deposit - apparently for carpet cleaning and lightbulbs, the invoice for which I am still waiting for. I had to nag for my deposit to be returned, it took them 11 days, and I was the one who had to always call them. For the first time in my life as a customer I was hung up on - both by Rose Eedes herself and the youngster in her office. Her service is despicable!!!
