It is unfortunate that when you look for a place you find people who have no respect what so ever for clients, I contacted an agent by the name of Elvie in regard of a flat in Durban Central she was so rude to me from the word go that she hanged up the call on me, I called her the second time but she didn't pick up. I sent her an email and cc'd the operational manager by the name of Alvyra laying out my frustration to my surprise she sent me an email that her company will never deal with me ever due to the "threats" I made! I am so angry at the moment because customers are being treated like dirt.
